Hi, I'm Dan. I'm the guy writing this blog. And this bio. I've written a lot of these but I don't seem to be getting any better at it. In the mean time, here's a bit of info about this site.

Basically, I started knitting in November 2010. I wanted something to do after work that was relaxing but not a waste of time. I've wanted to learn how to knit since I was a kid, but my mom only crochets and my dad worked at a prison at the time. I don't know what that has to do with it, but I didn't learn until that November.

That started a new passion to learning how to do things by hand. I write on pen and paper. I am continuing to knit.

Now, I'm ready to move on to new things. I hope you'll join me.
